MTW: Showcase 2016, True Colours, True Hearts

8 Sep 2016

Initiated in 2013 and fully funded by the foundation, More Than Words has reached more than 2,500 beneficiaries to date. This year, 200 children and adults from 25 TCTF-supported charities trained under seasoned arts practitioners engaged by the foundation and independently showcased their learning for an 850-strong audience on 8 September 2016.

After the showcase, each child took home a More Than Words Book, “True Colours, True Hearts” gifted by TCTF to guests. The book is a compilation of the words and illustrations of many of the children who attended and performed – many of whom were delighted to see their contributions published in a book that they can truly call their own.

More Than Words 2016 encourages all to cherish the values of Compassion, Courage, Determination, Gratitude and Respect in their words and deeds. #TCTFMTW2016
