In the second 2016 installment of our annual Tête-à-tête @ TCTF series, TCTF Council Members Dr Tan Kheng Lian, Mr Chew Kwee San, Prof Cham Tao Soon and CEO Ms Yap Su-Yin hosted a reception for 50 guests consisting of Tan Chin Tuan Centennial Professor Mr Subodh Mhaisalkar, inbound and outbound Tan Chin Tuan Exchange Fellows from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Staff, scholars and bursary award recipients from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, NTU, Ngee Ann and Republic Polytechnics and Malay-Muslim charity, LBKM were also present and gathered to learn about the philanthropic legacy of Tan Sri Tan Chin Tuan.
The 31 October 2016 session involved a five-group discussion roundtable where awardees from the various institutions discussed the topic of “Values” and what it means to them. The session ended with each group sharing their key takeaways to all present.
