TCTF youth beneficiaries were given the opportunity to be part of National Book Development Council of Singapore’s Storytelling Festival. The youths from various organisations were invited to watch the full dress rehearsal of acclaimed storyteller Mr Roger Jenkins’s performance at Singapore Management University.
