Tan Chin Tuan Medallist Reunion Luncheon

In 1959, our founder, Tan Sri (Dr) Tan Chin Tuan , who was a student of Anglo-Chinese School, established the Tan Chin Tuan Medallist Award. This award is given annually to the top student from Anglo-Chinese Junior College. These students have since progressed on to create successful careers over the years after their graduation.

On 25 August 2018, 16 Tan Chin Tuan Medallists were invited to gather for a reunion luncheon at the Tan Chin Tuan Mansion. Hosted by TCTF Council members Dr Tan Kheng Lian, Ms Chew Gek Khim, Ms Chew Gek Hiang, Prof Cham Tao Soon, and Advisor Mr Eric Teng, the medallists enjoyed a cosy lunch and conversations. Thereafter, the medallists were given a guided tour around the Conservation House, to understand the history and legacy of Tan Sri (Dr) Tan Chin Tuan.
