As part of NAFA’s community engagement, more than 20 volunteers from the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation and NAFA staff, students and volunteers spent two weeks in May to paint a wall mural at the Society for the Aged Sick. The beautiful wall mural, which depicts images of Singapore’s iconic objects and historic events from the past and present, was designed by NAFA scholars from the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. The wall mural was officially launched on 6 August 2017 in conjunction with Singapore’s National Day celebrations, together with a skit written and performed by NAFA scholars and NAFA theatre students.
