Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong laying the groundwork for a Sea Gutta Tree known for its many uses, including medical properties – to blossom.

The occasion last Friday was the opening of ComChest Green, a new section of the Labrador Nature Reserve that offers a sea view for the young, the old and people with disabilities to enjoy.
