Every month, 50 Bartley Secondary students from needy backgrounds will worry less about where their family’s next meal will come from. Without fail, their families will get rice, canned food and other necessities throughout the year, thanks to Tan Chin Tuan Foundation (TCTF) and charity group Food From The Heart (FFTH).
