Yap Su-Yin

Ms Yap Su-Yin is the CEO of the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. She stewards its philanthropic activities in Singapore, brokering partnerships and sharing networks amongst non-profits, corporates, grant-makers and spearheads the developmental work of the Tan Chin Tuan Charitable Trust in the ASEAN region.

Active in the charity sector, Ms Yap contributed to the government’s Refinement of the Code of Governance for Charities and Institutions of a Public Character, and to the Charity Transparency Framework. She serves on the boards of the Shared Services for Charities Ltd. and the Community Justice Centre in Singapore.

A champion of good governance in the social services sector, Su-Yin regularly speaks on the topic, and she has been a judge for the Charity Governance Awards, a national-level awards initiated by the Charity Council, since 2012. She was featured amongst leaders in the non-profit sector in the book “Changing Lanes, Changing Lives” produced by the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership.
